Return and Refund Period
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return

Custom items or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged during shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

Process for Returning Products
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
